I have always loved exercise and playing sport, but it wasn't until I was pregnant with my eldest that I gained a whole new appreciation for our bodies and just how amazing they are.
I've always worked in media and marketing, but with three children, and a new admiration and understanding about the way our bodies work I decided to pursue my passion for exercise.
In fact, 2017 was the year I decided to change my life. With diastasis and several issues from pregnancy, I struggled to find anyone who could understand and help me rebuild my core in a safe and wholesome way.
So I adopted a whole new lifestyle change, and a year later, I had gained both level 2 and level 3 qualifications in personal training. I had also managed to build strength and gain a whole new understanding in core health through breathing and carefully targeted exercises!
With growing experience in both pre and postnatal fitness, I want to help YOU to feel fitter and healthier. (And to help you overcome those little pregnancy niggles that no-one ever tells you about!)
