Your Postnatal Recovery

During the 9 months of pregnancy your body goes through so many changes. Just as with pregnancy is a journey, so too is your postnatal experience.

The 5 week Postnatal Pilates course will work to:

  • gently ease you back into exercise in a safe and gentle form

  • assess any diastasis recti and your core function

  • reconnect your breathing pattern with your pelvic floor

  • look at your spinal alignment and posture

  • strengthen your pelvic floor

  • provide a friendly and relaxing hour to focus on you

My postnatal course is aimed to be restorative, using your fitness and function to guide your journey to a stronger you.

I want you to strengthen and develop a functional inner core, making sure you have a solid foundation before progressing onto more challenging exercises.
