Your Postnatal Recovery
During the 9 months of pregnancy your body goes through so many changes. Just as with pregnancy is a journey, so too is your postnatal experience.
The 5 week Postnatal Pilates course will work to:

gently ease you back into exercise in a safe and gentle form

assess any diastasis recti and your core function

reconnect your breathing pattern with your pelvic floor

look at your spinal alignment and posture

strengthen your pelvic floor

provide a friendly and relaxing hour to focus on you
My postnatal course is aimed to be restorative, using your fitness and function to guide your journey to a stronger you.
I want you to strengthen and develop a functional inner core, making sure you have a solid foundation before progressing onto more challenging exercises.
